By using WendysMenue.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms, and the effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.

2. Purpose of the Site

WendysMenue.com publishes reference information about the Wendy's menu in the United States: item names, descriptions, compiled typical prices, published nutrition figures, category breakdowns, opening hour patterns and tools that calculate totals from that data. It exists to help you plan an order. It is not a way to place one.

3. Accuracy and the Limits of Our Data

We compile data carefully and rebuild the site on a regular schedule, and we still cannot promise the figures are correct for your restaurant at the moment you read them. Three things make that impossible.

Prices vary by location. Around 95 percent of Wendy's restaurants in the United States are franchise owned, and each operator sets prices for their market. Prices on this site are typical United States menu prices compiled from public sources. They are useful for comparing items to each other. They are not a quote and your restaurant may charge more or less.

Menus change. Items get added, discontinued and reworked, and limited time offers come and go. Of the 150 items tracked here, some will not be available at your restaurant on any given day.

Nutrition figures describe the standard build. Published nutrition data reflects an item as it is normally served. Customisation changes it, portioning varies between restaurants, and preparation varies with the kitchen. Anyone managing a medical condition, a serious allergy or a prescribed diet must confirm with Wendy's directly and with a qualified professional. Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice.

4. Independence and Trademarks

Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Wendy's International, LLC. The Wendy's name, logo, menu item names, product names and all related marks are the property of Wendy's International, LLC or its licensors. They are used on this site for identification and reference under nominative fair use. No sponsorship, endorsement or partnership is claimed or implied.

Product photography reproduced on this site is published by the brand for its own menu listings and is used here to identify the item it depicts. If you are a rights holder and want an image removed, write to [email protected] and we will act on it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or copy the site at a volume that degrades it for other visitors.
• Republish our written pages, tables or page structure as your own work.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security, availability or integrity.
• Use the site to impersonate Wendy's or to mislead anyone about your relationship with the brand.

Menu facts themselves, such as a price or a calorie count, are not ours to own and we make no claim over them. Our editorial writing, layout and compiled presentation are our own work.

6. Advertising
